On Saturday, March 16, 2013, His Excellency conferred the Diaconate, giving the Fraternity five new deacons.

The Minor Order of Lector was administered upon 16 seminarians, the Minor Order of Exorcist and Acolyte on five seminarians, and two seminarians were raised to the Subdiaconate.

Fr. O’Neill returned to his previous apostolate at Holy Family parish in Dayton, Ohio for his First Mass. The solemn High Mass was offered with Holy Family pastor Fr. Mark Wojdleski FSSP and Deacon Russell Baldwin of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
